Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway of 4x1 Free Tickets for the Impact Festival
1. Organizer of the Giveaway
The giveaway is conducted by OCELL, Rosenheimer Str. 139, 81671 Munich, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in the EU. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation and Process
Participation in the giveaway is done via email to the sender of this email. Only one entry per person is allowed. Participation is free and not linked to the purchase of products or services.
4. Duration of the Giveaway
The giveaway begins on August 21, 2024, and ends on September 30, 2024. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
5. Prize
4x1 free tickets for the 2024 Impact Festival in Frankfurt will be given away. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
6. Winner Selection
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on October 1, 2024.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
8. Liability
The Organizer is only liable for damages that were caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The Organizer is not liable for technical disruptions that are beyond its control.
9. Miscellaneous
The right to legal recourse is excluded. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the giveaway early without giving reasons.
10. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
